We will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information collected in our call center, on our Web site, and from our service providers and will only disclose such information to employees and service providers who require such information for the purposes described in this Privacy & Security Statement. We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure of personal information in our custody and control.

Our Web site logs IP addresses and browser types, but we do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that users’ sessions are tracked, but the user remains anonymous. You can browse our site without entering any personal information and therefore remain anonymous during your visit. However, we hope that our visitors will open new accounts with us so that we can learn more about our valuable customers. Our registration form asks users for name, email address, and some limited demographic information.

You have the right to privacy and we respect and honor that right.  We will never sell your information for any reason. We will only contact you for a specific reason, such as notifying you that your order has been shipped, sending your tracking number for shipments or feedback to a problem that you have brought to our attention concerning a product or service.
