STYROTRIM® PRODUCT WARRANTY

StyroTrim® warrants that the architectural products manufactured and distributed by StyroTrim® will be free from manufacturing defects when installed in accordance with guidelines and instructions and in accordance to the customary and ordinary standards of the industry. This is a lifetime warranty.

StyroTrim®'s sole responsibility shall be for the replacement of the product only, when StyroTrim® has determined that the product was defective as a result of manufacturing and not as a result of improper installation or handling. StyroTrim® assumes no liability or responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use of any architectural product manufactured and distributed by StyroTrim® and does not assume responsibility for any defective product not manufactured or distributed by StyroTrim® to which a StyroTrim® product is made part of or attached.

StyroTrim®'s warranty is in lieu of all other warranties whether expressed, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances, including any infringement claims, shall StyroTrim®, its' owners or agents be liable to reseller or any other party for any re-procurement costs, lost revenue or profits or for any other special, incidental or consequential damages, even if the company has been informed of such potential loss or damage.
